BILL HART is the founder and senior pastor of Cathedral of Praise in Austin, Texas, established in 1984. He and his wife, Sue pioneered three other churches, after he surrendered to preach in 1970. Bill earned his Doctorate of Ministry through the Sacramento Theological Seminary.
